The petitioner seeks bail in Kudra P.S. Case No. 68/2015, instituted for offences under Section(s) 409, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has no concern with the miller who is said to have misappropriated the amount of paddy as alleged in the written report.

It is alleged in the written report that 11,900 quintals paddy was given to one Dev Nath Singh, Proprietor of Thakurji Mini Rice Mills, Ghateyan, Kudra for milling the same into rice,

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that name of this petitioner has come during investigation with allegation that he had over-valued the land of Dev Nath Singh in his collusion so that he could able to make contract with the State Food Corporation.

Aforesaid Dev Nath Singh has already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 33859/2015 dated 01.10.2015.

Petitioner is in custody since 06.02.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 68/2015, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
