This application has been filed in connection with Sahkund P.S.Case No.91 of 2016 for the offence under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that except suspicion, there is nothing against the petitioner and the petitioner is in custody for about six months and the name of the petitioner has been mentioned only because of the fact that a land dispute is going on between them.

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who could not controvert the aforesaid facts Having heard both sides. In view of the facts as stated
