The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Parbatta P.S. Case No. 77/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The informant claims himself to be the Chairman of the "Bhrashtachar Unmulan Samittee" and he made allegation of irregularities in execution of different schemes. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the Panchayat Secretary of the gram panchayat. The petitioner has completed all the works entrusted to him. No complaint was ever made before any competent authority about the non-completion of any scheme.

No.34870 of 2017 (2) dt.11-08-2017 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Ist, Khagaria in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 77/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Vinita/- U T
