2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 278 of 2023 for the offence registered under sections 341, 323, 307, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 07.03.2023 by the informant, Satyadev Malakar.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that he was visiting a marriage and as there was delay in arrival of the 'baarat', handed over the money to his son to attend the marriage and as he move forward, came to know that the accused persons took away his son and brutally assaulted, causing injury on his head. He was taken to the Maa Janki Hospital,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24574 of 2024(2) dt.01-05-2024 2/2 Bairiyachowk and from there after C.T. scan, he was advised to visit a Neurosurgeon, shifted to Karn Neuro Maternity Hospital, Brahampura, Muzaffarpur where the operation of his head was performed on 06.03.2023. The injured person himself has named this petitioner to be one of the assailants.

4. In that background, it would be appropriate that he seeks bail.

5. No case of anticipatory bail is made out, accordingly rejected.
