The petitioner is in custody since 01.08.2018 in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No.256 of 2018 registered under Sections 401, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was merely a pillion rider on the motorcycle, which was allegedly stolen from some place and he was not aware that the said motorcycle on which he was riding was a stolen one. Considering the aforementioned submissions and that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
