JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 18-04-2019 In the instant case the grievance of the writ petitioner is violation of the provisions of Minimum Wages Act. As per provision of 20 of the Minimum Wages Act, the petitioner is required to raise his grievance before the competent authority.

In case petitioner files complain before the competent authority under Minimum Wages Act, the competent authority shall be under obligation to inquire into the matter and take appropriate decision within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
