The petitioner has been in custody since 23.05.2018 in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No. 165/2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the bail application of the petitioner has already been rejected by this Court vide order dated 25.10.2019 with a liberty to renew the prayer for bail if charges are not framed within six months.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that charges have already been framed and petitioner is in custody since 23.05.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail application of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26066 of 2020(4) dt.08-01-2021 2/2 above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Siwan, in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No. 165/12.
