The petitioner seeks bail in Special case No. 8818/2018, arising out of Didarganj P.S. case No. 169 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a), 38(1) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. From the possession of the petitioner about 7 liters of country made liquor is said to have been recovered and for that petitioner is in jail since 22.09.2018.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the lime amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Special case No. 8818/2018, arising out of Didarganj P.S. case No. 169 of 2018 BKS/- (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) U T
