This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Murar P.S. Case No.46 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under section 302/34 of the B.N.S., 2023. 3.

The petitioner is the assailant of the deceased. He is in custody since 18.06.2024.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
