Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Petitioner is named in the first information report on the accusation that he took the deceased from his house and subsequently, petitioner and other FIR named accused persons took the deceased on motorcycle towards Dih Mor. However, later on, dead body of deceased was found in a field. Investigation against the petitioner appears to have been completed and it appears from the impugned order that except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate
