Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 08.04.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No.14576 of 2016 giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail if his trial is not concluded within four months from the date of receipt/ production of copy of the order. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner is in jail custody since 24.10.2015 and up till now, only charge could be framed against the petitioner and no prosecution witnesses could be examined as yet, which is evident from perusal of the impugned order itself.

Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40484 of 2016 (2) dt.28-09-2016 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria ( Muffasil) P.S.Case No. 687 of 2015.
