The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 328 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The allegation is regarding recovery of 158 liters of illicit liquor from a Mahindra car and the petitioner was arrested while fleeing away after seeing the police.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that as far as two other cases are concerned, which are pending against the petitioner, the petitioner has already been granted bail. It is further submitted

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 328 of 2018.
