2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 304(2), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., co-accused Ravi Sah snatched gold chain from the neck of informant and he disclosed the name of petitioner, as the person, who fled away from the place of occurrence. Petitioner has got two criminal antecedent, out of which, one is of similar nature.

4. Considering the criminal antecedent, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
