The petitioner seeks bail in Siswan P.S. Case No. 177 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. No Test Identification Parade has been held. He further submits that during investigation, the petitioner has been arrested merely on the information of the spy.

It is alleged in the written report that Rs.3,820/- has been recovered from possession of the petitioner, but no Test Identification Parade of any recovered article has been held. Petitioner is in custody since 20.9.2018.

Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IVth, Siwan, in connection with Siswan P.S.
