JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR) 13-04-2023 This petition has been filed for rectifying a minor typographical mistake in the judgment dated 14.09.2021 passed in CWJC No. 15405 of 2021.

By the aforenoted judgment, the vehicle of the petitioner was directed to be released provisionally. However, while giving the description of the vehicle, there was a minor mistake in the Registration Number. The Registration Number of the vehicle is 'BR29N-2217' which has wrongly been stated in the Judgment as BR29N-2271.

Patna High Court MJC No.666 of 2022(3) dt.13-04-2023 2/2 The Engine number, Chassis number, Model number and the connected case number has rightly been recorded.

We have no reasons to disbelieve the statement that the vehicle of the petitioner is numbered as 'BR29N-2217'.

Let the judgment dated 14.09.2021 be modified to the extent that the Registration number of the vehicle which has to be released provisionally is BR29N-2217.

The judgment stands modified accordingly.

The petition stands disposed of.
