The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Amit Roy, who has already been allowed bail by this Court vide Annexure-2.

Submission is that neither the petitioner was put on Test Identification Parade during investigation nor anything was recovered from his possession. The petitioner is in custody since 16.09.2016.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 79440 of 2018(3) dt.15-04-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No.17 of 2016, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
