Subsequently, the motorcycle was recovered from the possession of Umesh Kumar, son of Late Tarni Prasad Yadav, though it was alleged that

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that even assuming the accusation to be true, the offence under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code is not made out. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Darbhanga Sadar P.S. Case No. 117 of 2013 dated 9-4-2013 corresponding to G.R. No. 1151/13 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga. With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
