JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 22 liters Mahua liquor, kept in gallons, was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 19.06.2016. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and investigation against her appears to have already been completed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Sherghati P.S.Case No. 284 of 2016.
