The petitioner is in custody since 20.05.2016 in connection with Samastipur Rail P.S. Case No. 19 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and that the petitioner had purchased a mobile set from one Kanahaiya Ram without knowing that it was stolen property and that the petitioner is a handicapped person, let the petitioner above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate-1st
