The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Barhara P.S. Case No. 223/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 435 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named the petitioner and other accused persons. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted Md. Guddu with Dabia. One lacerated wound was caused on the head of Md. Guddu. From perusal of the case diary it appears that the doctor has reserved the opinion with regard to injury of Md. Guddu, but the same has not given as yet.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20277 of 2017 (3) dt.07-07-2017 2/2 surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Purnia, in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 223/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
