2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 18.12.2020 passed in Sessions Trial No. 75 of 2020, arising out of Kudra P.S. Case No. 239 of 2020 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge VIIIth, Kaimur at Bhabhua.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case is running at the stage of final argument before the learned Trial Court. He further submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to take steps for early disposal of the case.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
