JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named in the first information report nor has been put on Test Identification Parade. It appears that looted truck was recovered from abandon place. So far as petitioner is concerned, it is said that he was arrested in connection with another case and confessed his guilt. Accordingly, petitioner was remanded in the present case on 07.06.2016 and since then he is languishing in jail custody.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
