The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 326, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected with liberty to renew after a period of nine months. Hence, the present application has been preferred.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 16.11.2017. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has remained in custody for more than one year. For a petty reason the alleged occurrence is said to have taken place between the husband and wife. There was no intention to cause injury to the

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. VI, Purena in connection with S.T. No.109 of 2018 corresponding to Tikkapatti P.S. case No.15 of 2017.
