2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S. Tr. No. 1268 of 2023 arising out of Paliganj P.S. Case No. 69 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the marriage of the daughter of the informant was solemnized with the petitioner about one year ago. It is further alleged that informant came to know from the phone that the petitioner including other accused persons killed his daughter due to illegal demand of dowry.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the victim was pregnant and due to

As such, the petitioner has not committed any offence and the petitioner himself surrender in the Court Below on 04.01.2023. He also submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-1st, Danapur in connection with S. Tr. No. 1268 of 2023 arising out of Paliganj P.S. Case No. 69 of 2022. (Sunil Dutta Mishra, J) ashishkr/- U T
