The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Manigachi (Bajitpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 198/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act. The informant alleged that twenty (20) packets each containing 50 K.G. rice was recovered from the premises of the petitioner the owner of the mill. The petitioner is said to have disclosed that Shyam Sunder Mahtha P.D.S. dealer had brought the packets of rice. The petitioner had nothing to do with the rice. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20283 of 2017 (3) dt.12-07-2017 2/2 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate III, Darbhanga in connection with Manigachi (Bajitpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 198/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Vinita/- U T
