02. 17.10.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 47(A) and 53(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act.

It is contended that 5 Litres country-made liquor and 10 Kg. "Mahua" was recovered from the house of the petitioner for which the petitioner is in custody since 03.08.2016 and he is having clean antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, namely, Awadhesh Choudhary is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to
