Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nima - Chandpura P.S. Case No. 20 of 2020 registered for the offence under Section 414 / 34 of the I.P.C.

The allegation as per the First Information Report is that Police intercepted one motorcycle on which three persons were sitting and arrested the accused persons including the petitioner. The motorcycle in question was found to be stolen and Master Key of the motorcycle was recovered from the coaccused Mantosh Kumar. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner has been dragged in this case on the basis of confessional statement. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 05.04.2020. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the materials available on record, the fact that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 05.04.2020, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Begusarai / court concerned in connection with Nima - Chandpura P.S. Case No. 20 of 2020 on the following condition:- (i) that the petitioner shall remain present on each and every date during the course of trial and in case of default on two consecutive dates on the part of the petitioner, his bail bond shall be liable to be

It is made clear that at the time of furnishing bail bond all the parties shall follow the guidelines regarding social distancing.
