JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-04-2016 The sole petitioner has approached this Court invoking its inherent jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, with a prayer to quash an order dated 20.6.2012 passed in Judawan P.S. Case No. 20 of 2010. By the said order the learned Magistrate after receipt of the supplementary charge sheet whereby five accused persons were exonerated by the investigating officer and petitioner was forwarded as accused in the case under Section 302 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, in view of the fact that earlier cognizance order in the case has already been passed, directed the case for transferring to the concerned Magistrate for its commitment. On perusal of the impugned order I do not find any ground to interfere with the same.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28675 of 2013 (2) dt.25-04-2016 2/2 It has also been indicated in paragraph no. 1 that case is pending before the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge , Vaishali at Hajipur vide Sessions Trial No. 422 of 2012. The petition stands dismissed.
