The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No. 12 of 2012 registered under Sections406, 409, 420, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. According to prosecution case itself, it was co-accused, Sidyanand Bishwas who took the identity card of informant's wife and so far the petitioner is concerned; only allegation of conspiracy has been levelled against him. Moreover, the informant had filed complaint case of similar nature and in the aforesaid complaint case, the petitioner was not made accused. Taking into consideration the above-said facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52116 of 2014 (2) dt.06-01-2015 2/2 event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner named-above, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No. 12 of 2012 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
