JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-12-2018 After some arguments, Mr. Tej Narayan Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the court below and seek bail. In case the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, the court below shall take into account that the petitioner is a student and that the offence of theft could not be committed and shall pass orders in accordance with law preferably on the same day without being prejudiced with the fact that the present petition has not been entertained.
