However, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, by referring to the averments made in the counter affidavit filed on their behalf, submits that the reliefs prayed for in the present writ petition cannot be granted at this stage in view of the averments made in the aforesaid counter affidavit.

Be that as it may, since none is appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the present writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
