Patna High Court CWJC No.9586 of 2019(2) dt.30-04-2019 2/2 petitioners seeks liberty to move the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Saran at Chapra for execution of the order dated 30.7.2018 passed in Appeal No. 47 of 2017 in accordance with the provisions contained in Rule 15(2) of the Bihar State School Education and Employees Grievances Redressal Rules, 2015.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty and in case the petitioner approaches the aforesaid appellate authority within a period of two weeks from today for execution of the order dated 30.7.2018, the appellate authority shall make endeavour to get its order implemented within a period of six weeks thereafter.
