The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 365, 364, 302, 201, 120(B), and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Vide order dated 12.04.2023, a report was called for, regarding the stage of trial. In compliance thereof, a report sent by learned District & Sessions Judge, Buxar dated 19.04.2023 is kept at flag 'A', whereby it is submitted that the trial of this case will likely to be concluded within 6 months from today. Considering the submissions made in the report, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners named above. The prayer for bail is hereby rejected.
Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed. However, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial as
