2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present bail application with a liberty to surrender and file regular bail application before the learned District Court.

3. Learned District Court is directed to consider the regular bail application of the petitioner on the same day and pass necessary order in accordance with law considering the fact that trial has not been concluded yet as per the mandatory time
