The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S.Case No.41 of 2014 registered for offences punishable under Sections 188, 353, 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner who happens to be Panchayat Sevak that he fled away without giving charge of the record and due to which the payment of MANREGA is not being paid.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that in the year, 2013 he had handed over the charge with all the papers and as such the allegation is false and concocted. He is in custody for more than three months and further he is still

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Sherghati (Gaya) in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S.Case No.41 of 2014 with condition that he shall co-operate with the authority in handing over the documents.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
