BAJANTHRI ORAL ORDER 17-08-2022 Pursuant to previous order dated 03.08.2022, opposite parties no. 1 and 2 namely Mr. G.H.P. Raju, Inspector General of Police, Karnataka-Kerla Sector, CRPF, Yelahahka, Bengaluru, Karnataka and Mr. Ravindra Prasad, Commandant, RTC, CRPF, Avadi, Chennai are present in Court. They have filed a show cause along with an order dated 12.08.2022 by which petitioner-complainant is stated to have been reinstated into service w.e.f. the date of reporting in Headquarter. Insofar as payment of arrears of salary from the date of termination till reinstatement is concerned, it is undertaken by the respondents

Patna High Court MJC No.659 of 2022(5) dt.17-08-2022 2/2 that it would be calculated and disbursed within a period of two weeks from today.

In the light of the aforesaid submission, the contempt proceeding stands dropped. In the event of non-compliance of the aforesaid order relating to payment of arrears of pay and disbursement in that event petitioner is permitted to file application for revival of this order. If such application of revival is filed adverse order would be passed against the concerned respondents.

With the above observation MJC No. 659/2022 stands dropped.
