JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a complaint case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 120 (B) of the I.P.C.
It is alleged that the petitioner being Circle Officer at Warsaliganj passed order in Mutation Case No. 241/07-08 in favour of one Sushila Devi without hearing the complainant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the order passed in Mutation Case was challenged in Appeal and thereafter, the present complaint was filed. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5409 of 2015 (2) dt.10-02-2015 2/2 aggrieved with the order passed in a quasi Judicial proceeding, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Complaint Case No. 844 of 2011 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-( Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438 (2) of the code of Criminal Procedure.
