The petitioners are languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Huge quantity of foreign liquor was recovered from the pick up van on which the petitioners were driver and cleaner. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. They are in custody since 02.12.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail after completion of six months

No.21629 of 2019(2) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Cheriyabariarpur P.S. Case No. 222 of 2018, G.R.No. 96 of 2018 with following conditions : (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court below.

(b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation / trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners. (Birendra Kumar, J) sanjeev/- U T
