2. This application is filed for modification of order dated 12.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15626 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on 12.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15626 of 2024 with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today, the petitioner be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30613 of 2024(2) dt.10-05-2024 2/2 Court concerned, Darbhanga in connection with Simri P.S. Case No. 278 of 2023 but due to typographical mistake, the name of the Police Station has wrongly been typed as "Mono" in place of "Moro" in the cause title of the aforesaid order-sheet, due to which, the petitioner could not surrender and furnish the bail bond before the Court below.

4. In view of the above, let the order dated 12.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15626 of 2024 in the cause title of the aforesaid order-sheet, the Police Station be read as "Moro" in place of "Mono" and the time be further extended for four weeks for furnishing the bail bond/ surrendering before the court concerned from the receipt of this order.

6. Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 12.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15626 of 2024 is modified to the above extent. (Chandra Prakash Singh, J) Gautam/- U T
