JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2017 Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case under sections 307, 379 and other allied sections of the IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation, the injuries are simple in nature and he has been implicated in this case on account of civil litigation going on between the parties.

In the event of arrest/surrender, let the petitioner as mentioned above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.4,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ajit Kumar Singh, Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Jamui in Chakai Police station Case No. 71 of 2016, one of the sureties would be in form of the cash surety. Petitioner would co-operate in the trial.
