Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defects, as pointed out by the Office, within a period of four weeks after restoration of normalcy.

The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 08.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8487 of 2020 by which the petitioner was granted bail on furnishing his personal bond in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 302 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. -IV, Motihari, East Champaran.

In the order dated 08.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8487 of 2020, there was no time, as such, fixed by this Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33515 of 2021(2) dt.14-07-2021 2/2 that within what period the personal bond was to be furnished on behalf of the petitioner. Thereafter, the petitioner was to furnish bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each within a period of four weeks after restoration of normalcy.

On behalf of the petitioner, it is submitted that the petitioner is not being released on his personal bond in spite of direction of this Court made vide order dated 08.06.2020. The Court below is directed to comply with the order dated 08.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8487/2020. The Court below will further ensure that petitioner is not required in another case.

The present application stands disposed of.
