This application has been filed for setting aside the order of cognizance dated 20.02.2008 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Chapra in Complaint Case No. 2499(C) of 2006 by which she has taken cognizance against the petitioner and other two persons under Section 323/379 & 385 of Indian Penal Code.

3. The order dated 20.02.2008 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Chapra has been challenged in this Court in the year 2023.
