2. The petitioner, husband of Opposite Party No. 2, apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 74, 352 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. Earlier, vide order dated 29.04.2025, the matter was referred to Mediation & Conciliation Centre of Patna High Court to explore the possibility of settlement between the parties and vide report dated 29.08.2025, the Mediator has reported that the dispute between the parties has been resolved amicably through the process of mediation and a Memorandum of Agreement to this effect has been signed by both the parties, which is attached with Mediator's report (flag 'B').

4. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is allowed.
5. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1st, Samastipur, in connection with Waini P.S. Case No. 47 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S. with further condition that the petitioner shall abide by all the terms & conditions, mentioned in Memorandum of Agreement dated 28.08.2025 before the Mediation Centre, failing which, the learned Court below would be at liberty to cancel the bailbond of the petitioner.
