2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Keoti Police Station Case No. 53 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 332, 333, 353, 387, 504, 506 / 34 of IPC.

3. Allegation against the petitioner is of abusing the SHO, Keoti P.S. by flashing himself being son of present Ali Nagar MLA, Mishri Lal Yadav for not releasing the arrested accused Girdhari Yadav, who had been arrested pursuant to Non-Bailable warrant issued by the court concerned. It is also alleged that he sent five-six people to Keoti Police Station for getting

The said five-six persons who had allegedly gone on instance of the petitioner, used force with the SHO, Keoti P.S. and threatened him to life. It is also alleged that the petitioner threatened the informant to shoot him on his mobile.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 13.02.2024.

5. However, learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for regular bail.

6. On perusal of the FIR, case diary and impugned order dated 13.03.2024, it appears that allegation against the petitioner is of threatening the informant by mobile phone and no demand of extortion money but no injury caused by the petitioner to the informant and the petitioner is in custody since 13.02.2024.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on

No.24800 of 2024(3) dt.25-04-2024 3/3 behalf of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Keoti P.S. Case No. 53 of 2024.
