The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 25(1-b) A/26/35 of the Arms Act. It has been submitted that one loaded rifle with live cartridges has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody for about 6 months. The petitioner has specifically mentioned in para-3 of the bail petition that he has clean antecedent.
Keeping in view the clean antecedent of the petitioner and the period spent in custody by the petitioner for about 6 months, let the petitioner above named, be released on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54439 of 2016 (3) dt.13-01-2017 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Hilsa, in connection with Chiksaura P.S. Case No. 82 of 2016, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
Petitioner will file undertaking in the court that he will not indulge in such type of activity in future and if he is found in such type of activity in future, his bail bond will be cancelled. (Sanjay Priya, J.) ravi/- U T
