The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case, in short, is that on secret information police arrested two persons Virendra Prasad and Munna Kuamr who confessed that they along with the petitioners take the money from the customers of the Shopping Center by giving them false information of winning gift on purchases.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are students having no criminal antecedent and

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the three petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below it within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in Sheikhpura Sarai Police Station Case No. 12 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
