JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-07-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this is an application for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus order or orders, direction or directions, commanding the respondent No.-2 to supply certified copy of details of Jamabandi No.- 31 Khata No. 403, and details of Khesra No. and Area of Jamabandi Regd. Year 1359 Mauza Seraha tole Gothiya Pargana Mehsi District Champaran Circle Madhuban Raj Darbhanga as attested copy of the said document is available but certified copy of the same is not being supplied to the petitioner in spite of filing requisition filed in the office of respondent No.-2 and further appropriate direction may be given to that effect."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6991 of 2024(2) dt.04-07-2024 2/2 petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.

3. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off.
