JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. One country made loaded katta is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. So far as motorcycle in question is concerned, the same stands in the name of wife of co-accused.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
