JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-06-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing on the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 173 of 2020, for the offence under Sections 30(a) and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 30.04.2020. He further submits that in the instant case total 50 litres of country made liquor was seized. He further submits that the petitioner was not named in the first information report, Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for about two months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to them. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees

He is required to report the District Nodal Officer in the concerned region who shall utilise the service of the petitioner appropriately.
