Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b), 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Allegation is that only a cartridge was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 30.10.2018. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Rasulpur Police

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21606 of 2019(2) dt.03-05-2019 2/2 Station Case No. 133 of 2018, with the following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.
